Mel Gibson Allegedly Pushed And Spat At A Female Photographer.

The News Corp photographer Kristi Miller Photographer Kristi Miller told Australian media she was pushed and verbally abused while taking pictures of Gibson and his girlfriend. On the other hand the controversial Actor Mel Gibson denied pushing and spitting at any female photographer in Sydney.

The photographer was capturing the photos of the actor and his 24-year-old girlfriend Rosalind Ross leaving the Palace Verona cinema in Paddington.

“HE was spitting in my face as he was yelling at me, calling me a dog, saying I’m not even a human being and I will go to hell. It was non-stop, he didn’t even breathe,” ~ Daily Telegraph photographer Kristi Miller

“I took a photo of Mel and his girlfriend and when I turned around he shoved my back really hard,” Miller, 39, told the Daily Telegraph.
“It shocked me because I wasn’t expecting it. I don’t know if it was his hands or elbow.
“He was spitting in my face as he was yelling at me, calling me a dog, saying I’m not even a human being and I will go to hell. He swore and called me a c… It was non-stop, he didn’t even breathe.
“I thought he was going to punch me in the face.”
She claims Gibson stood over her with a clenched fist, before Ross tried to calm him and apologised to Miller.
“It was only when (Ross) grabbed his shoulder and said, ‘That is enough’ that he stopped,” Miller said. “She said, ‘I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry’. They turned and crossed the road and walked off.” She told to the Sydney Morning Herald.

Police issued an official statement in this regard.

“About 6.20 last night a man became involved in an altercation with a photographer outside a cinema on Oxford Street Paddington and allegedly pushed the female photographer,”

“Police from the Surry Hills local area command are investigating the incident and urge anyone with information to come forward.”

But Gibson’s publicist Alan Nierob denied there had been any physical contact.“Basically Mr Gibson and his friend were being harrassed by this photographer and he asked her repeatedly to stop, which she did not,” he told Guardian Australia.

“There was never any physical contact whatsoever and the story being told by her is a complete fabrication of the truth.”
